This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 436 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners were identified in the mob of students, who entered into the Bihar School Examination Board and committed commotion and ransacked the articles. Considering the general and omni bus allegation, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 68 of 2017 (G.R. No. 989 of 2017) to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, or successor Court.
