JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 434 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 272, 273 IPC and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner or from the dwelling house of the petitioner. The recovery was made from market. Considering the fact that the petitioner is lady and has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
