Petitioner seeks bail in connection Pipra P.S. Case no. 191 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 399, 402, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code read with sections 25(I-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from bare perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that one loaded country made revolver was recovered from the possession of the petitioner along with mobile. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 08.06.2020 and charge sheet has been submitted.

Learned APP vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the facts that petitioner is in jail custody
