2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 151 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 353, 332, 333, 147, 149, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, when the informant along with other police personnel was on patrolling duty, he saw 3-4 tractors coming, loaded with illegal red sand. The informant stopped those tractors on which scuffle took place between police party and the sand traders. Further, the accused persons tried to assault the police party with lathi and danda.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and has falsely been
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13452 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 implicated in this case. He was not arrested at the spot. Nothing was recovered from his possession. Only allegation against him is that he assisted the co-accused persons in fleeing away.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 151 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
6. After accepting the bail bond, the learned court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that he is involved in any other case except the present one, his bail bond shall liable to be cancelled. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
