The petitioner seeks bail in Jamalpur P.S. Case No.105 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 333, 379, 427 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant is a police officer who alleged that the petitioner and others assaulted the informant and other police officials. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted a Constable with Chholni.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that simple injury was found on the person of the injured. The petitioner is in jail since 16.12.2019.

The learned Additional P.P. however, opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9716 of 2020(3) dt.02-06-2020 2/2 prayer for bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 16.12.2019, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No.105 of 2019.
