The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 448, 323, 324, 307, 506, 34, 363 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly situated accused persons, namely, Mahendra Mistri, Amod Mistri @ Amod Sharma, Kunti Devi, Arti Kumar, Dinsesh Mistri @ Dinesh Sharma and Mili Singh @ Mithun @ Mritunjay Singh have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.09. 2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17471 of 2020.

In view of the order dated 23.09.2020 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20711 of 2021(3) dt.14-12-2021 2/2 Misc. No.17471 of 2020 as contained in Annexure-2, this application for anticipatory bail is also allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Birpur P.S.
