The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered under sections 302, 201, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, the daughter of the informant was done to death by her husband, the petitioner herein as also the members of his family. It subsequently transpired that the deceased was buried in an orchard. Subsequently her body was exumed and in the postmortem conducted it transpired that besides having an injury on her forehead she was strangulated to death.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 28.5.2020 (Annexure-1). Inspite of the petitioner being in custody since 11.7.2019, only one witness

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioner, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and the application is rejected.
