This application is for modification in order dated 17.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.20135 of 2021 by this Court, granting bail and directing the petitioner no.1. (Ashok Kumar @ Ashok Malakar) (sole petitioner in the present application) to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of order but he became ill and underwent treatment under Dr. Jai Prakash Bishwas since 05.01.2022, as such he could not furnish the bail bond within stipulated time. In that view of the matter, order dated 17.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20135 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of this order in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10633 of 2021(2) dt.23-03-2022 2/2 with Supaul P.S.Case No.72 of 2020 pending in the court of learned CJM, Supaul and remaining parts of the said order shall remain intact.
