Patna High Court CWJC No.17147 of 2016(2) dt.18-08-2025 2/2 petitioners from the hands of the respondent 2nd party.

II. To issue writ in the nature of mandamus restraining respondent 2nd party with direction not to interfere in peaceful possession over the lands of the petitioners and release the lands of the petitioner which has been forcibly encroached by demolishing the houses of Indira Awas.

III. To grant any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioners are found entitled for."
