The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the informant's daughter.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 01-08-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim has been examined under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in which, she has not supported the allegation made in the FIR. No sexual or physical assault is alleged against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Patna in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 284 of 2018.
