The petitioner seeks bail in Yogapatti P.S. case No. 275 of 2015 under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that while he was returning to his house with ornaments and cash, three persons came on a motor cycle and snatched the bag containing the ornaments and cash. The informant identified one Ravindra Choudhary. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Ravindra Choudhary has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 23.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2515 of 2017. Similarly situated other accused, Ajay Patel, has also been granted bail vide order dated 15.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11415 of 2016.

Considering the facts that petitioner is not named in the FIR, he has not been identified in T. I. parade and the petitioner is in jail since 16.09.2015, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, West Champaran at Bettiah in Sessions Trial No. 196 of 2016, Yogapatti P.S. Case No. 275 of 2015.
