Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1065 of 2016 (2) dt.16-08-2018 delivered and an application is said to have been filed for correction in respect of the case number is pending is directed to pass an appropriate order on the petition filed by the petitioner within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
This Court is not happy with the situation whereunder the petitioner has been compelled to move this Court for such minor correction which is nothing but a correction of a typographical error in the judgment. It is expected that he will take appropriate action in the matter.
The application stands disposed off accordingly. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) Arvind/- U T
