2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 299 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a(aa), 26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. Allegation is that one carbine and other articles were recovered from the criminals. The petitioner was not caught on the spot. The petitioner is in jail since 14.08.2023. The petitioner is accused of 11 more cases.

4. Considering the recovery of carbine and also considering the antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner. This application is dismissed.

5. The District Judge, Samastipur, is directed expedite

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14758 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 the trial of all the cases in which the petitioner is an accused including the present case.

6. Let a copy of the order be communicated to the District Judge, Samastipur through FAX/e-mail forthwith for compliance of the order.
