This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Paraiya P.S. Case No. 75 of 2013 for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of 2013, the petitioner is an absconder and he has two criminal antecedents, so he wants to withdraw this bail application.
