Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sadar P. S. case no. 234/2014 registered under sections 362, 363, 497, 120B, 361 of the IPC.

The statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C in which she stated that she was taken to Haryana where she was confined in a room by the petitioner and one other co-accused but from perusal of the statement of the victim it appears that she was a consenting party.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6052 of 2015 (2) dt.16-02-2015 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in Sadar P. S. case no. 234/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
