The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/341/354/323/324/504/506/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Husband of the informant has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-3. Petitioners are relations of the husband.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11828 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the informant submits that this matter, for the first instance, be placed for mediation so that the parties may reconcile.

The Court-below shall take steps for reconciliation between the husband and wife.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Jainagar Police Station Case No.476 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
