2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 108 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, one-country made pistol was recovered from the dickey of a Safari, which was parked in the premises of the house of the co-accused Saurav Kumar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was neither arrested at the spot nor anything incriminating was recovered from his possession. He has further submitted that on similar allegation co-accused Laltu Yadav @

5.Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 108 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
