The petitioner is accused in connection with Ramgarh (Nuaon) P.S. Case No. 210 of 2016, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that on the basis of written report of Sunita Devi, Ramgarh (Nuaon) P.S. Case No. 210 of 2016 was instituted, on 01.10.2016, against four accused persons with respect to murder of her mother-in-law, Lilawati Kunwar. Later on, police got recorded the confessional statement of informant, Sunita Devi, who disclosed that she got managed to kill her

No.11463 of 2017 (3) dt.19-04-2017 mother-in-law, Lilawati Kunwar through the petitioner and his father, Narendra Yadav and except the confessional statement of Sunita Devi, there is nothing against the petitioner showing the involvement in the murder of Lilawati Kunwar. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Ramgarh (Nuaon) P.S.
