2. This is an application for directing the concerned respondent to remove the encroachment form the land in question.

3. The Circle Officer, Dawath, Rohtas has been approached by the petitioner and other persons but no action has been taken by the Circle Officer.

4. The Circle Officer, Dawath, Rohtas is directed to dispose of the representation dated 14.01.2017(Annexure-2) in

Patna High Court CWJC No.3585 of 2024(2) dt.05-04-2024 2/2 accordance with law after hearing all the necessary party and if he finds that there is any encroachment as alleged by the petitioner then an Encroachment proceeding shall be initiated by the Circle Officer and after hearing the respondent no. 06, the same shall be decided by 31st of July, 2024.

5. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
