The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 129 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is mere a driver of the Auto Rickshaw from which the alleged bottles of beer were seized. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no connection with the bottles of beer loaded on his tempo and is merely a carrier of the same after receiving the fair.
