The petitioner is languishing in custody since 1.1.2019 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 273 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The prosecution case is that from the possession of the petitioner, 12.200 litres country made Mahua liquor was recovered.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner being a lady has falsely been framed in the present case. Learned APP submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR.
Considering the quantity of recovery, statement being

No.12415 of 2019(2) dt.01-03-2019 2/2 made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent and the period under custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Patna-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Rail P.S. Patna Junction (Patna Sahib) Case No.2 of 2019.
