The petitioner is in custody in connection with Naokothi P.S. Case No. 125 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

In this case, case diary was called for.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injury sustained by the informant's side is simple in nature and the petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2019. It appears from the injury report that the injury sustained on the informant's side is simple in nature. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties
