Petitioner has earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 17333 of 2019, which was rejected vide order dated 22.07.2019, as contained in Annexure-P1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody custody since 06.12.2018 i.e. for about 3 years.

Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit and there is no fresh ground urged on behalf of the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33656 of 2020(6) dt.03-11-2021 2/2 Earlier, by order dated 22.09.2021 a report was called for from the court below, which has been received and kept at Flag-'R'. Perusal of the report shows that the case is likely to be concluded within eight months.

Considering the nature of allegations levelled, the materials available on record and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. His prayer for bail is, accordingly, rejected.

However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the case expeditiously preferably within six months from today.
