2. The present writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction upon the respondent authorities for taking coercive steps to arrest the respondent nos.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.367 of 2023(2) dt.15-07-2025 2/2 9 to 12 and for submitting final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No. 39 of 2022.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the State that the police has investigated the case and during investigation, it has been found that the deceased has met with an accident and because of the same he died. It has further been submitted by the learned counsel for the State that the petitioner had made false allegation against accused persons named in the FIR.

4. In these circumstances, this application is dismissed.
