The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is said to have selected on the post of Anganbari Sevika on the basis of forged certificate. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. She has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that after passing of several years since her appointment, the petitioner has been implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. More so, the petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12826 of 2023(2) dt.28-04-2023 2/2 has already resigned due to medical reason on 02.08.2022. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that the petitioner has resigned from the said post, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Nawada (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No. 1060 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Cr.P.C.
