JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 02-05-2018 From the report of the Additional Sessions Judge IX, Gaya, it appears that Additional Sessions Judge has adopted casual approach in disposal of Sessions Trial No.41 of 2015. He did not take any step to procure the attendance of prosecution witnesses in spite of order passed by this court for conclusion of trial. The report of Additional Sessions Judge shows that only three witnesses have been examined but the report of S.S.P., Gaya shows that five prosecution witnesses have been examined. Be that as it may, the trial court is directed to hear the case on day to day basis and conclude the same within three months from the date of receipt of this order. S.S.P., Gaya is directed to ensure the attendance of remaining prosecution witnesses so that the trial must be concluded within three months.
