Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366A of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 592 of 2019.

I have gone through the statement of the victim minor girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail is refused. Petitioner may renew the
