2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief/s:- "That by filing this application the petitioner craves kind indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of appropriate direction, order or writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents particularly respondent no. 4, i.e. Executive Engineer, Bagmati Division, Sitamarhi to settle a homestead plot of land to the petitioner at the rehabilitation site Jamua under Bairgania circle

Patna High Court CWJC No.3596 of 2024(2) dt.20-06-2024 2/2 of Sitamarhi district as settled to similarly situated other displaced persons of Bagmati Project."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has limited prayer. The petition preferred before the Executive Engineer on 16.08.2022 (Annexure-P/3 to the petition) be disposed of.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection.

5. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 4, the Executive Engineer, Bagmati Division, Sitamarhi to take steps and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, if still not been disposed of within a period of three months from the date copy of the order is provided to him.
