The petitioner seeks bail in Amnour P.S. Case No. 214/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was arrested in front of his house and on search one country-made pistol with live cartridges are said to have been recovered from under bed of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has already remained in jail for more than four months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
