The petitioner is accused in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 372 of 2016 registered under Sections 413,414,356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) with two sureties of
