Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504, 427, 171C/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged by the Polling Officer that the petitioner obstructing the voting process, torn the ballot paper during the PACS election and push the Polling Officer on ground, due to which his spectacle was broken.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled and petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5612 of 2015 (2) dt.11-02-2015 in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 214 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Nawada. With this observation this application is disposed of.
