JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 03 of 2018 (G.R. No. 09 of 2018) for the offence under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2018 in a case, which has been lodged against unknown.

Considering the fact that the name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with
