2. The present writ application has been filed directing the respondent authority not to dispossess the petitioner from his own land bearing (i) Khata No. 530 Khesra No. 4011 and (ii) Khata No. 530 Khesra No. 2714 Area 121⁄2 decimal (approximate).

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that for the said piece of property, a Title Partition Suit No. 383/594 of 2015 is pending before the Civil Court, Patna.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3146 of 2023(2) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 alternative remedy is available to the petitioner by way of filing injunction in the title suit.

5. After hearing both the parties, this Court directs the petitioner to avail her remedy before the pending Title Partition Suit No. 383/594 of 2015 seeking injunction in her favour or any appropriate remedy.

6. With this direction, the present writ application stands disposed off.
