JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). To issue a writ of mandamus directing the Secretary, Ministry of Social Justice & Welfare (Respondent No.

2) to give 90% grant to the petitionerOrganization from the year 2012 which is a registered NGO engaged in rehabilitation of drug addicts in view of recommendation of the concerned officials of the State Government.

(ii). To issue a writ of mandamus directing the Secretary, Social Welfare Department (Respondent No. 5) to forward/send the recommendations to the Respondent No. 2 for payment of 90% grant to the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2671 of 2015(2) dt.06-12-2022 2/3 (iii). To direct Respondent No. 12 to pay the salaries of its employees of Malda Division which has not been paid for the last 3 years."

The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent-State has referred to the counter affidavit filed in the present case to submit that the petitioner had earlier moved this Court, by filing a writ petition bearing CWJC No. 16779 of 2012, which was disposed of, by an order dated 11.9.2012 and the matter was remanded back to the Respondent authorities, whereupon in compliance to the said order dated 11.9.2012, the Director, Social Security and Disability Directorate, Bihar, Patna has passed a reasoned and a speaking order dated 10.10.2012, finding the claim of the petitioner to be not fit for recommendation as far as payment of grant for the Financial Year 2012-13 is concerned.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition, hence, the present writ petition stands dismissed,
