Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had filed representation before the respondent no.5 for redressal of his grievances in the year, 2018 itself but no order has been passed till date.

Considering this fact, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation enclosing all the documents in support of his claim, before the respondent no.5 within a period of four

Patna High Court CWJC No.6786 of 2021(3) dt.16-07-2024 2/2 weeks from today and the respondent no.5 is well advised to pass a reasoned and speaking order, after hearing the petitioner or his counsel, within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner. 4.

It is hereby made clear that if an order is not passed within the stipulated period, the respondent no.5 shall be personally held liable for non-compliance of the order of this Court.
