1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.a) For a direction to the official respondent authorities to take appropriate measures to get the encroachment removed made upon the land

Patna High Court CWJC No.2821 of 2024(2) dt.02-05-2024 2/3 of Khata No.138, Sarvey No.606, area 0-16-08 Dhur (61 Decimal), of Gair Majarua Aam land, used as public road situated in Thana No.75, Mauza- Jangalia, Circle-Gopalganj in the district of Gopalganj by the private respondent No.5 to 12 whereby there is traffic congestion persist every day, by initiating a proceeding under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act').

b) For a direction to the Respondent No.4 to get removed the encroachment made by the private respondents.

c) For a direction to the Respondent No.4 to produce the report that as to what action has been taken by him upon the order passed by the Lok Shikayat Nivaran, Gopalganj as well as order of the First and Second Appellate Authorities, Lok Shikayat Nivaran, Gopalganj. d) For a direction to the Respondent No.2 to take appropriate departmental action against respondent no. 4 for violation of the order passed by the Lok Shikayat Nivaran, Gopalganj as well as order of the First and Second Appellate Authorities, Lok Shikayat Nivaran, Gopalganj."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach

Patna High Court CWJC No.2821 of 2024(2) dt.02-05-2024 3/3 the Circle Officer, Gopalganj, District-Gopalganj, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
