According to the complaint case itself, marriage of the petitioner was solemnized with the complainant 20 years back and subsequently, petitioner solemnized his second marriage with another woman which compelled the complainant to file the present case as well as Goh P.S. Case no. 88/2013.

It is pointed out on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has already been admitted to anticipatory bail in Goh P.S. Case no. 88/2013 by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 4.8.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.46801/2013.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6981 of 2015 (2) dt.23-02-2015 and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Complaint Case No. 1614/2012 Tr. no. 1954/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
