JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 386/294 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 of the Information Technology Act. The F.I.R. reveals that the petitioner had some affairs with the daughter of the informant. Marriage of the daughter of the informant was settled with some other boy and the petitioner placed some photograph etc. on the face book just to prevent the marriage.
The petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit giving undertaking that in future he would not indulge in such
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4073 of 2017 (2) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 activity. The daughter of the informant has already married with some other boy.
Considering the undertaking of the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Siwan/Successor Court, in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No.228 of 2016.
