2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be given to the petitioner to file fresh application before the DCLR, Sasaram (respondent no.4) in light of recommendation of the Circle Officer, Nokha dated 4.10.2012, passed in Rent fixation case no. 4 of 2012-13.

3. In view of nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner file an application before respondent no.4 within a period of six weeks from today.

4. In the event, such application is filed by the petitioner within the said stipulated period, respondent no. 4

Patna High Court CWJC No.7113 of 2021(2) dt.31-10-2023 2/2 shall pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the application.

5. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
