Petitioners are languishing in custody for offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/ 341 /323 /324/ 307/379/427/504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

For dispute relating to holding of meeting of Panchayat, allegation is against 45 persons of commission of assault resorting to firing and damage to the furnitures. Considering the general and omnibus allegation, let petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
