JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 06-01-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through the virtual Court proceedings. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2021 and is a person with clean antecedent and he relies on the order dated 06.01.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 10177 of 2022 and submits that the case of the petitioner is also on similar footing as that of Ranjeet Mandal. It is further submitted that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent. It is next submitted that charges have been framed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11382 of 2022(3) dt.06-01-2023 2/2 and the petitioner will cooperate in the trial and will not abscond.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 137 of 2020.
