2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sikti P.S. Case No. 263 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of cheating the informant of Rs. 5,80,000/- for selling a land.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 6.6.2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the application of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and also considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Araria/concerned Court below in connection with Sikti P.S. Case No. 263 of 2023.
