JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 26-02-2018 This petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 6.6.15 passed by the learned Additions Sessions judge2nd Vaishali, in B.P. No. 283 of 2015 by which the learned Court below has cancelled the bail of the petitioner. From the impugned order, dated 6.6.15, it appears that earlier petitioner was granted bail by A.D.J. 2nd vide B.P. No. 283 of 2015 vide order dated 13.4.15 with certain condition. But the petitioner did not comply with those conditions and therefore the bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled by order dated 6.6.2015. Therefore, this Court does not find any illegality in the impugned order.
