The petitioner seeks bail in Bihra P.S. Case No. 170 of 2016 registered under Sections 307, 385 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made specific allegation against Gujendra Kumar Pandey @ Gungun Pandey that he assaulted with farsa due to non-payment of extortion. The petitioner is alleged to have fired but no fire arm injury was caused. The petitioner happens to be the agnate of the informant and the next door neighbour of the informant. There is a counter version bearing Bihra P.S. Case No. 171 of 2016. This case has been lodged on account of land dispute. The allegation of extortion is completely false.

No.18774 of 2017 (2) dt.26-04-2017 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 170 of 2016.
