The IG (Prison), Government of Bihar, Patna will examine the claim of the petitioner for exemption from the passing of departmental examination, since he has crossed more than 50 years of age and it is his nonpassing, which is coming in the way of his promotion. The decision in this regard must be taken within a period of three months from the date of fresh application, which will be filed by the petitioner for such exemption.
