====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 29-03-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation.

2. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to grant following reliefs:- (A) Difference of salary since 01.02.2007 to 30.09.2010 due to pay anomalies.

(B) Difference of salary since 09.08.1999 to 31.03.2010 due to A.C.P. sanction of (C) Difference of salary since 01.04.2010 to 31.10.2010 revision. due sixth to pay (D) Difference of salary since 01.11.2004 to 31.08.2006 due to pay revision.

(E) Difference of dearness allowance since 01.07.2010 to 31.10.2014.

(F) Amount of group insurance.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that for fulfillment of his grievance, he has filed representation on 19.12.2019 on which till date, no decision has been taken.

4. Counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation submits that time may be granted to file counter-affidavit in this matter.

5. Counsel for the State submits that this matter is related to Municipal Corporation and the State has nothing to do.

6. In the present facts and circumstances that no response has been filed from the Municipal Corporation. As such, this Court is of the view that keeping pending this writ petition shall not solve any purpose.

7. In this view of the matter, the present writ application is hereby disposed off, directing the Patna Municipal Corporation to pass order on the representation filed by the petitioner dated 19.12.2019 within 90 days after production of the order before him by the petitioner. Since general election of Lok Sabha, 2024 has been notified, therefore, 90 days shall be counted after end of the election.
