The respondent-authorities especially Respondent No. 5 is under obligation to take decision on the various leaves, which are supposed to be unauthorizedly taken by the petitioner. Respondent No. 5 must take a decision on the application, contained in Annexure-7 series, within a period of three months from the date of production / communication of a copy of this Order.
