Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. From the house of this petitioner country-made liquor as well as foreign liquor was recovered. Father of the petitioner is also accused in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail after completion of four months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
