====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 06-07-2022 Heard counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 214 of 2018 lodged under Sections 307 and 393 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

In the present case, petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and no T.I.P. has been taken place. He is in custody since 23.06.2021 and charge sheet has already been filed. It has been informed at Bar that charge has also been framed in this case on 01.04.2022 and Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has granted bail to other co-accused Manish Kumar Sharma vide order dated 22.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25661 of 2022. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail.

No.11396 of 2022(2) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 Considering the facts of the case that charge sheet has already been filed in this case and petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2021, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 214 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:- The petitioner is directed to appear on each and every date before the Trial Court, in case of non-appearance for two consecutive dates, shall resulted into cancellation of his bail bond. If he shall involve in such type of activities again, the prosecution shall be at liberty to move for cancellation of his bail bond.
