In view of the facts and submissions on behalf of the parties, the delay in filing this revision application is condoned. Mr. Neeraj Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioners has taken a definite stand that the petitioners will pay the amount as awarded by the impugned order dated 18.11.2013 in Reference Case No. 164 of 2010 by the Bihar Public Works Contracts Disputes Arbitration Tribunal, Patna within three months. It has also been stated on behalf of the petitioner and

Patna High Court C.R. No.11 of 2015 (4) dt.02-04-2015 agreed by the learned counsel for the opposite party that the said amount shall be deposited in Execution Case No. 1540 of 2014 which has been filed by the opposite party in execution of the award before the court of the learned Sub Judge-I, Patna. In view of the aforesaid stand of the parties, this revision application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to deposit the amount which has been allowed in favour of the opposite party by the impugned award in Execution case No. 1540 of 2014 pending before the court of the learned Sub Judge-I, Patna within a period of three months, as prayed. There shall be no order as to costs.
